Exchange Policy

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.

However, we'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 10 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. A nominal fee of Rs. 100/product is charged for reverse logistics and QA. 

Please Note: 

• SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
• ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.

Return Policy

Incase of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos to process the return.

Damaged items with the original tags intact are eligible for return within 10 days from the date of delivery. All returns happen via original payment method or bank transfer (in case of COD orders) which can take up to 14 working days, post the receipt of the product at origin.

To request for an exchange/return please raise a return request within 10 days of receipt of the package, as recorded on the POD.

On processing of the return request, a processing fee of Rs. 100 per product is charged for the return logistics. Alternatively, customer can ship the parcel to us at the following address:

Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. Once the product passes the inspection, we will process your refund / replacement.

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed or after the order is dispatched.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at customercare@pakkedhaage.in with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

Exchange / Return for International Orders

No exchange / return is applicable on international orders, except if the customer is willing to ship it back to us. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
