Delivery: Once dispatched, your package will typically reach your doorstep in 7–9 transit days. You will receive all tracking updates directly via email and phone. (Note: Occasional courier delays can happen. If they do, we are always here to help track your parcel. US deliveries are currently taking a few extra days).

Cancellations: Because we begin preparing your handcrafted pieces immediately after confirmation, we accept cancellation requests within 24-hrs once an order is placed.
Customs, Duties & Local Taxes: Please note that as the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes levied by your country. To ensure your package clears customs quickly, our delivery partners (like DHL) are authorized to pay these fees on your behalf and will collect the amount directly from you upon delivery.
