Exchange Policy

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.

However, we'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.

Return Policy

ONLY in case of a defect in the product- we would require clear parcel opening videos to process the return.

Damaged items with the original tags intact are eligible for return within 15 days from the date of delivery. All returns happen via Bank Transfer or Original Payment Method. Refunds are processed within 24 hrs of receipt and quality check of the product. It can take up to 15 working days, post the receipt of the product at origin for the payment to reflect in your account / payment method.

Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request.

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at customercare@pakkedhaage.in with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

Exchange / Return for International Orders

No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order. 

Only orders with defective products are eligible for refunds, on submission of a clear parcel opening video - showing clearly the untampered parcel being opened. Refunds are processed immediately upon acceptance of return request, to the original payment method only. Refunds may take 7-21 working days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on the guidelines by the processing authority.
