Not the perfect fit? We offer a 10-day exchange window from the date of delivery. You can swap for a different size or opt for Store Credit (valid for 1 year). Just message us on WhatsApp to initiate. The article must be unused and the tag intact. Store Credit will reflect in your account within 72-hrs of receipt of return.

Note: To keep our quality high and prices fair, a nominal restocking fee of ₹150 applies to all exchanges.

We are thrilled to offer Cash on Delivery across all domestic (India) orders! To secure your order and help us manage the logistics of shipping, we simply request a nominal 10% advance payment, with the remaining balance payable right at your doorstep.

Note: To cover the costs of forward and reverse logistics, this 10% advance is non-refundable in the rare event that a delivery is refused. However, if you accept the package and later decide it's not the right fit, our standard exchange policy seamlessly applies, and your full item value will be adjusted for Store Credit. (COD is not available for international orders).

Global Shipping: For international orders, exchanges are supported via self-shipment. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

I do hope you had a look at the washcare instruction card you recieved along with the product. Aleena's care instructions include Dry Clean Only - since it is a hand-dyed product. We would recommend getting the product dry cleaned before giving it another wash - to retain the color. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Windsor wine kurta

I ordered a Windsor wine Chickenkari kurta. The size and material are perfect and the quality is really good. The only small concern is the color — instead of the expected Windsor wine shade, it looks more like a slightly pinkish tone. Apart from that, everything else isgreat
