Why do prices vary between the India Store and the Global Store?
At Pakke Dhaage, we operate a lean, transparent business model. To keep our products accessible worldwide while maintaining our high quality, we offer two distinct shopping experiences:
The India Store: Designed for domestic ground transit within India using standard local packaging and local payment methods.
The Global Store: A comprehensive, "all-in" service for our international community. This price includes Export-Grade reinforced packaging, international transit insurance, and Priority Air Freight.
By bundling these costs into the product price, we can offer Free International Shipping and a "no-surprises" checkout experience.
Is there a difference in the product?
Yes. Every item ordered through our Global Store is designated as Export-Standard. Before being dispatched, these items undergo a secondary 14-point Quality Control (QC) inspection to ensure they are flawless before their long-haul journey. They are then double-reinforced in moisture-resistant transit packaging to withstand the rigors of international shipping and varying climates.
Can I purchase from the India Store and ship to an international address?
To maintain our shipping guarantees and export compliance, the India Store only accepts orders with Indian billing addresses and Indian shipping addresses.
International logistics require specialized documentation, customs clearance, and high-velocity air-freight which are only supported through our Global Store. This ensures that your order is protected by our international delivery guarantee and arrives in perfect condition.
How does your Global Price compare to other brands?
Even with our Global Export adjustments, we remain significantly more affordable than comparable high-end brands. Because we ship directly from our workshop in India to your door, you are still saving 15–30% compared to buying from comparable Chikankari brands.
